Vicki started in accounting as a staff accounting clerk in 1991. She joined Degruchy Norton & Co. in 1995 and went on to earn her Certified General Accountant designation in 2001, her Certified Aboriginal Financial Management designation in 2002 and became a Certified Consultant in AccPac Plus in 2002. Vicki continues to work with McIntosh Norton Williams as a senior accountant.

As senior accountant Vicki's responsibilities are wide and diverse: she not only leads assurance engagements but trains clients to use software and how to implement bookkeeping systems. Vicki is often found traveling to the West Coast of Vancouver Island to provide services for a variety of clients.

When Vicki is home, she has enjoyed pitching for fun-ball, super-mixed, and slow-pitch for every year for the last 25 years.

New to our team, Tanya joined us in September 2008.

Trevor began his career as an Accounting Clerk in 2002, and has been with McIntosh Norton Williams since November, 2006. He earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2004 and is currently enrolled as a fourth year student in the Bachelor of Commerce program at Athabasca University.

"You make a living by what you get, you make a life by what you give" is Trevor's philosophy and he continues to give, for the past ten years, by volunteering for the B.C. Aboriginal Network for Disability Society.

Trudy joined our team in August, 2008.

Carla has been in the industry for three years and has been with McIntosh Norton Williams since 2005.

At McIntosh Norton Williams, Carla focuses on junior audit work, review and compilation engagements, corporate tax preparation, payroll, tax reporting, and bookkeeping.

She is currently enrolled in the CGA Program of Professional Studies as a level two student.

When Carla is not busy with school and work she enjoys gardening and knitting.

Li joined our team in August, 2008.

Trevor started working in public practice with McIntosh Norton Williams in September, 2004. He is currently enrolled as a fourth year student in the CGA Program of Professional Studies. Trevor also has ten years of experience working in the investment industry.

When not working and studying hard, Trevor enjoys reading with his daughter, playing chess, and is a member of the Raven Song Masters Swim Club in Qualicum Beach.

Amanda earned a certificate from Malaspina University-College in office administration and bookkeeping in 1997 and began working for McIntosh Norton Williams (previously Walters Williams & Co.) in 1999.

Our Qualicum Beach office is kept organized thanks to Amanda and her amazing ability to remember people's names, faces and even voices. She helps provide payroll, bookkeeping and compiling services to our clients while performing general receptionist duties.

Amanda and her husband are involved with Marriage Mentoring and small group bible studies.

Kelsey joined our team in July, 2008.
